Cancelled Subscription but they charged my Credit Card

The Mile IQ App worked at one time some years ago. The App started losing the way that I classified the drives. So it told me the drive was classified and a week later would ask me to reclassify the drives that I classified. What a pain in the butt. I put up with this non-conformity for about 6 months and decided not to renew my subscription. So, this year I unsubscribed on the dash board, got out of the App and got back into it, to make sure the cancellation was taken. I get a subscription renewed and a receipt. There are no phone number or live chat to mitigate problems quickly. You can't delete your credit card information to stop them from charging your credit card. This is know way to do business with a customer and I won't do business with them anymore.

Horrible support

good product until you have a problem and then getting help is non-existant. Their support is horrible and non responsive. They boast live chat but only allow leaving of messages or emailing in. They respond less than once a day usually 24 hours after your last email with more questions than answers.

I BOUGHT THE "Mile IQ" APP AND IT DOES not WORK. there is NO HELP FROM their TECH SUPPORT. there is no one to contact at their website. there is an on line help but their on line help is not helpful. i left my phone number on their help blog and via an email to their support but they will not call me. i paid for the app and it does not work. it worked better when i did not pay for it. this is another on line rip off. i have sent over 40 emails and they do not return emails and there is no phone number for me to call them.
