Never received after waiting 4 months

Never received item and ask for a refund. They would not return my money after waiting more than 4 months for my items.
Do not use this company. They are scammers and will not refund for no product received.
Their excuse was shipping had been delayed and to be patient. I was for almost 5 months only to be robbed of my money.

- - The bra size runs small and looks nothing like the ad.
- - The fabric is cheap and poorly made.

When I open my package I notice the bra look nothing like the advertisement and it look very small I had order a 3x. The package did say 3x but no way that was a 3X it look like it was made for a flat chested woman no cup at all at a size medium.
The material was cheap and cheaply made I would never buy another bra from them. The advertisement was so convincing thought I was getting a affordable bra that looks good but instead I got something I would throw in the trash.

No call returns

I bought these athletic bras that they advertise on their website from instagram. The package took almost 6 weeks to arrive and when they finally did they couldnt fit me.
Tried to initiate a return and so far have gotten nowhere.
I have emailed them twice, tried to call the number they have on the site but the message plays my can not be answered at this time. At this point I have no hope of ever getting a refund

I totally agree!!! milasecret.com has horrible bras.
The reviews on their website are FAKE. The bras the reviewers had are not the same as the bras I received. The ones I received are very thin, and offer NO support. BEWARE they WILL NOT offer a refund.
I have tried.
Also, tried to dispute with PayPal and they decided on the merchant, claiming they sent the product even though the product is of poor quality and not able to be used. Wasted $40

Seller Milasecret finally refunded me for the bras after I sent the product back to Vietnam. They told me I would not be refunded for the shipping and handling which was $16.42 - Buyers beware of doing business with sellers overseas.
Company resolved the issue.
Rosie at customer service in Vietnam offered me discounts and when I insisted I wanted my money back, she finally gave me a return address in Vietnam. It cost me another $16.50 for shipping, aside from the charge of the bras that do nothing for support at the cost of $42.95.
I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and my Bank. Milasecret used Athletic American Female Models for their bras, and advertised they promise to fit any body shape, any size and offer a customer number where no one answers nor returns your calls, nor answers your e-mails on their complaint forms, in other words, they have set up a system of fraud, and you cannot get your money back.

I had the same experience. HORRIBLE product.
Bras are thin and does not support. milasecret customer service did respond by email but said since their product was not defective they would NOT issue a refund.
I escalated the case with PayPal and they sided with the merchant. I will be reporting them if I can to the consumer affairs.

The exact same thing happened to me! After many attempts, including pictures, calls and correspondence, they still refused to return my money.
I finally called my credit card company and filed a claim with them.
They Reversed the charges and contacted Milasecret to make them refund The money. I was very lucky.
