BEWARE OF PHONY INVESTORS!!

I contracted with them to buy a home that I wanted to sell after being hounded every 30 minutes to sign the contract , I did. We agreed on the price, terms and set the closing date.
I signed on March 1,2019 and the closing date was April 8 2019, I couldn't wait, I was so excited! It was my first time to sell a home, I have purchased quite a few for rentals, but never sold anything. So I drive 30 miles to the title company only to be told that the Milan Group was notorious for not closing, they didn't show up!!! The title office said I was not the only one!
They had many furious sellers that the same thing happened to them as well! When I tried to call them it went straight to voice mail! I even tried using a different phone thinking they had my number flagged.
Nothing! When I tried to leave a message the recorded message said MAIL BOX FULL so I couldn't even leave a message!
