Feb 8 2026 I ordered computer chess set - approx $550 I received a confirmation of the order with an order number since then I have not received any shipping info.after many attempts to contact by email and Zen Desk that were unsuccessful I resorted to pissed Consumer and they connected with a human to speak to. The agent whom I could hardly understand (Indian) was apologetic and said to wait 24-48 hrs for the refund confirmation.
Crickets- no follow up email so I went back to Zen Desk and there was a communication that I needed to receive the item to get a refund!
Really terrible business can anyone help? Or suggest what I should do plz!

Basically it sounds like like they dont have the product but still charged for it they are not trust worthy and I have found many other complaints on the web to this effect. Im sorry I didnt check them out first!
In my opinion this is a Fraudulent site- buyer be ware!

- - First Micro3 arrived broken; replacement screen fell off; slow, language-barrier support; refund denied after ~$325 spent and a $99 charge.
This company is awful! The first robot Micro3 I got was broken, I exchanged it with Amazon and the second one the screen fell off.
They will call you in their time which is in the Middle East day time and its 3 am my time (took weeks to speak with someone and they were at home with the TV on). They then want to trouble shoot with you (with no resolve) you cant understand a word the tech says due to a language barrier. Then they email you and only want to replace it AGAIN! They refuse to refund your money!
This was a Christmas present for my son. $325 dollars later!! I had to give up and buy him a tablet this year for Christmas. FYI- Amazon has a warning on their website if you go to order it, it says this item is consistently returned and basically buy at your own risk.

I have been charged $99 for something, according to my bank account. This charge is not approved.
Miko is a piece of garbage. I purchased a Miko 3, but I am not using it, and it is not working. I have been in contact with your customer service previously, and you will not return it.
I am requesting a refund, and all charges be refunded immediately.
Please get in touch with me as soon as possible. If I don't hear from you, I will dispute this charge with my bank.
