This place is a joke. I had an appointment for a windshield chip repair.
When I arrived no one was at the desk so I waited. After a few minutes, I see an gentlemen working on a vehicle, he clearly sees me but says nothing. I wait another couple minutes and then ask him "Is there anyone working the desk?" He says he will get someone. After a couple more minutes, I believe Mike, Shows up.
I tell him I am here for an appointment to repair a chip. He says, okay give me a minute. Then he asks if I am paying for it or going through insurance? I tell him Insurance.
He then says, "oh okay. well you have to contact your insurance first because I can't" At that point, I had enough, I just turned around and walked away as he was still talking.
Obviously, I will NOT be returning to Mikes Auto Glass for anything and will let other people know as well.
