I find your company very difficult to deal with. You do not answer phones.
When I have chatted online, I get incorrect information, which I base as fact when placing an order.
I have tried sending an email, and we will see how that goes. Unless someone can explain what I am doing wrong or how I can get correct information from people quickly, I will be moving on to another company that can give me those qualities.
