Hi, I like others in the past have tried to reach out about my skin's order. The company has set up roadblocks to make it almost impossible to telephone and speak to someone.
Also, I have sent multiple emails.
On their email address, it states they will contact you within 24 hours. It has been over a week, and I'm still waiting for a response.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

You have to jump through hoops to be able to reach out to them via the phone system. And they never contact you back on emails.
Preferred solution: The product I ordered some time ago. Someone to get back to me.

They sent me an email saying that my cart still had something in it however, it was what I ordered so I went to my bank and seen that the transaction had went through. I tried to contact the company and there is no way to contact them other than a little section that you fill out on their website and no one has yet to contact me. I cant get to the better Business Bureau fast enough.

I received the two refunds but not a refund on one of the shipping and handling but overall a resolved the situation quickly with the customer support
I requested refund, made new correct product, woke up to them refunding the wrong order. An order I made hours after requesting refund with details hinting to the product I want and the mistake product. Issue not resolved yet
I ordered for a M&P when I needed to order for an M&P EZ 2.0 9mm. I've already ordered a new product and need a refund and cancellation of the product with order number 007-14****.
Thankyou again and I can not wait to see my new skin and the quality of customer service I will be receiving. Thankyou again

Questions re order plus wholesale options
I purchased skins for my computer and ipad magic keyboard case. Unfortunately, the ipad case skin did not fit the camera correctly.
I have been trying to reach customer service to let them know that it's not the correct fit, as well as wanting to inquire about their wholesale and dropship options. Not one word. I have emailed 3 times. I even tried to google a phone number to call, as the site only offfers email contact.
I found a number, which makes you fill out some form before it will call, and the number only went to a full voicemail, so you can't leave a message. On their site, when filling out their form to receive more info regarding the wholesale and dropship options, it states that they will get back to you within one business day. It's been weeks now, and this is my fourth time trying to contact them without any luck. Other than that, I've been getting a lot of compliments on my skins, and even people wanting to purchases my artwork on skins...
Too bad there's no real way to connect with anyone. For that, and wasting my time trying, I leave 2 stars.
They shipped the wrong damn product
they sent the wrong product a good bit back but still can't figure how to get in touch wit em to complain called but no answer Ha! go figures uh huh not to bother mentionin it says the mailbox is full Again hm so yet another go figures right
