Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Dog would get sick and vomit when he would eat it
I purchased a 12 pack, order #82624, on 2-15-25. I gave my dog 1 yak at 2 different times of which he threw up each time.
I want a refund and cancel all further orders. Please advise.

I Received an email saying that they cant fill my order because there short then I noticed they were going to ship it USPS which is the post office and I sent them a message and said do not send it to 221 East Hopper St. Hanna Indiana because that is my physical address and that they will need to change it to PO Box 213 Hanna IN now I dont know when the package will be shipped so I said my dog is a running out of bones so why dont you purchase me one from Amazon for 12 of them would be $19.99 so I dont know when my order is coming nor have I ever gotten a response back from those people whatsoever as far as me running out of bones !!!

I am on a fixed income and I have been buying the pig ARS 12 of them for $19.99 from Amazon so I have tried to get A hold of them both ways and all Im asking for is a bulk discount so I want to order 75 of them for $59.99 and I have fill everything out I dont show any discount and I dont respond and Im asking them for a bulk price on even more than if theyre willing to negotiate and theyre not they basically
Say to me well if you pay $129 for however many of them they would be a dollar apiece which I dont care about that Im asking for a bad price of what they sell and honestly they can see how many I have purchased from Amazon and theyre not willing to assist me in anyway and it makes me sick when Im trying to work with a company that my dog is 10 years old and Love them
And I think its only the same email over and over and going to find them somewhere else and I mean that

I never can get a hold of them at all and now my orders delayed and I purchased 12 of them from Amazon for $19.99 I cant tell you how many bags I bought from them and I had emailed them and called them last messages and theyre inconsiderate to any response back so I finally broke down because I had 15% off and now my item is delayed I had to correct it address information so I dont know when Im getting them and I will be out of the pig ears I want somebody to *** call me at 219-309-**** and get it resolved

Having the same issue - somehow I ended up with a yak order and my puppy is not a big fan! All I get is an email from the same person. Maddening
