Get a Company Contact to start a training program using Mighty Networks
I know of Mighty Networks because I participated in various trainings courses provided by a NGO that uses Mighty. I want to recommend Mighty Networks for a company that I am actually working for, but I want to have a contact or liaison from Mighty that we can refer if we have any question during the implementation or to have coaching services.
Preferably a Spanish speaking person.
We are located in Puerto Rico.

Worse customer service. Cant get a live human when needed. So many limitations in MN. Im switching yo another platform.
Do better customer service! Have customers be able to contact live humans.
Things are not always like your help files suggest. It is frustrating and such a waste of my time.

Why so hard to cancel
Should not take so much effort to cancel my account. This is why I am leaving.
Customer service is awful.
You rely to heavily on AI. AI is not 100% and there is no REAL HUMAN TO BACKUP.

In general, MN, has been a good platform. When it came to resolving a problem with them overbilling, they did not respond for 2, maybe 3 weeks. After reaching out to PC, MN responded within 24 hours and resolved the problem, no questions asked.

I just don't use the app. Trying to unsubscribe is obviously a pain in the *** After a year and not using the app for months, you're making it a *** to call it quits.
