I need a gate opener for a second gate. My original gate has a mighty mule 360 on it which has been working excellent for years.

It is no longer available by your company. I am trying to find out which one of your products is a direct replacement for that gate opener. I cannot get anybody on the phone. I cannot get anybody to answer my emails.

Ive been trying for days when I do call. I sit on hold forever. This is a bad way of doing business on the Customer Service side of this company.

You need to review your procedures and your liaison services with customers because its terrible. I am now looking at other companies to get a gate opener somewhere else because I cant get you people on the phone or answer email

Resolved: Can't set open limit

They helped me figure out what was going on quickly. The tech was very knowledgeable and held on the phone for 30 minutes.

Your customer service and your sales service is terrible. I don’t know how you stay in business and I own one of your products and I was wanting to buy another one, but I needed some assistance. I’m going somewhere else.

I am not upset with mighty mule or its employees at all. However, I have been trying to get in contact with somebody at the company for several days now to find out what kind of replacement gate opener is available for mine, which is no longer made, and I cant seem to get ahold of anybody. It would seem to me if youre in business trying to make money that you would at least answer the phone.

I needed a refresher course on how far to move the gate to open and to increase the stall force. I was helped over the phone. It was great.

KISS ( keep it simple stupid) I ordered a new Mighty Mule from Amazon. Their parts are very limited and what parts they do have are in the extreme 39 USD for many parts not needed. I needed the post mount push for the gate.I am having one cut for me at a machine shop.

Too bad that such a company can not provide a simple way for the consumer t procure a simple part makoing the ownership of their device a pleasant expereo]ience. R Stratton

Waterproof it you dig

For one, you guys need to make the mighty mule completely waterproof and sealed on the scene put a rubber gasket. I dont know I dont care just make it waterproof cause once it gets wet it shot and for being a gate opener for outside how do you guys not think about waterproofing the unit You say is waterproof but its not you need to put silicone around the *** or something but thats what I had to do.

I ran silicon on the *** edge all in the seam and then closed and tight thats sealed it that made it better. Do something like that think about that if youre gonna sell product thats gonna be Outdoors That would be where to start.

Nothing at all did just fine. My kaypad is working just fine on my mighty meal gate. I would suggest it to a friend for mighty meal gate service.

Problem with gate opening all the time

The battery decided to go bad while I was talking to the agent. That turned out to be the only problem.
