Warranty replacement
- - I registered the mug for a lifetime warranty and contacted support.
- - They asked for photos and an address.
- - Lids were replaced; warranty honored.
I emailed the customer service and explained what I was asking and that I registered my mug for the lifetime warranty. They asked me for some pictures of my issue.
After the weekend, I received an email stating they wanted my address to send out a new mug. I have had several lids replaced the exact same way. I emphasize to all of Mighty Mug customers, register your mug. It costs nothing other than entering minimal information.
Those people having issues, I'm sorry for them, but I wonder what went wrong. Mighty Mug does honor their warranty and treats customers great.

Good morning, I purchase a new Mighty Mug less than a year ago, and just last week the lid workings fell apart. I would like to ask for a replacement please.
