Two faulty products in warranty, no replacement and ghosted

I purchased two earbud sets for about 150 each, both were faulty within a few months and after contacting the company, James emailed me and basically ignored what I was saying in regard to the troubleshooting attempts I did. I eventually got a postal address for me to send the devices to, now it's been months and no response, they won't answer my email.
