I own a range of miele's products, not by choice, but because it came with the apartment which i had purchased 4 years ago Barely after 4 years, the washing machine dryer spoilt, and the miele gas stove broke down. Washing machine stopped with a load of towels on Monday 11 April. Earliest they could do 'urgent' repair is Thursday 21 April!!! We have a very ill child who needs constant clean bedding / clothes. Had to call twice to get confirmation of repair date and that was the best they could do. Most UNACCEPTABLE customer service ever - guess Miele doesn't want business in Scotland.
