Makes it hard to cancel a subscription. Called a number of phone numbers, and never gave me a definite answer.

Verified ReviewerTook my check no magazine. Suppose to send free magazine to one person with my dubscription that was due yet. I paid and check cleared right away. Not a word and the customer service number ofs.
What else to say? Offered a 15.00 renewal and did not follow through.
No magazine, and this is August! I paid in good faith in April.
User's recommendation: Don’t buy.

New to renew but the 800 phone# is a BS sales pitch
Attempted to call 1-800 number but it's a BS sales pitch for a medical alert.
I have emailed them 2x no response. Apparently they don't need readers, just advertising so I'm done.
A 20+ year reader...GONE.

Verified ReviewerNot receiving the magazine.
I sent a check for a year subscription which was cashed and was supposed to receive three cookbooks and a magazine. I havent received even the magazine. And calling was kept on hold for an interminable length of time so I hung up which is no doubt the companys modus operandi.
User's recommendation: Don’t send any money before getting the product.

I have not once looked at the digital edition . I do not want a digital edition and ai want to cancel my subscription .
When I took out this subscription , I wanted the magazine in my hands not a digital edition .

Where is my spring summer edition? I have called three times and spoke with your "robuts" in the Phillipines.
I have not received my magazine for spring /summer.Called once in May and once in June and was told I would have it on the 15th. Today is the 17th and still do not have it.
I called again and got one of your "customer service"??? reps and she said she would credit me. I told her I do not want a credit but I want the mag. that was promised to me.
She said she would ship it but it would take three weeks to get it. What's the deal?
I've been a customer for at least twenty years and this type of service is unacceptable. Also start training your people to be something other than a robot with limited vocabulary.
