He don't pay his employees

This man I worked for for a long time I lost my job there him he won't pay me he don't take care of anything he sells broken appliances and he don't care as long as Dale Arnold is making a dollar he don't care who he rips off so I suggest nobody go and purchase anything from midwest appliance and repair

Dishonest

I have a broken furnace and it is snowing, I ask when can you ship? today they say via Priority mail . Great I immediately place the order. 3 days later I get a notification they have processed the order. Will ship by UDS never heard of it. Liars!!!

Midwest Appliance Parts - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! AVOID THEM! BUYER BEWARE!
Hi: I ordered from a popular online site a part from Midwest Appliance Company dba mrchgparts a $72.00 part for my daughters furnace. It arrived in brown box and part was inside a plain brown envelope. My daughter and I opened the envelope while at her kitchen counter and took the small part out. It was laid on top of the brown envelope and a photo taken of it and texted to her father. He was the one to install it. He told her it was not the part needed and he would go get the part himself locally. The part was then put back in the envelope and box, sealed and addresses to be returned to the Seller. I opened a return case on the item. Seller received the part and two weeks went by without a word from them. I messaged then on site purchased and they said they would not give me a refund because I had "Altered" the part. A case was filed and I won a full refund from the Seller as they offered no proof of any alterations . Buy from another seller!

Both good and unfortunate experience

I cannot condemn them when my order was unfillable because they let me know and refunded my money within 24 hours. They 1st said they had a part (which I knew was discontinued), but did not and could not get. I am pleased with my experience with them. If they were a shady company, they would have delayed the refund or not tell me for days. The only thing they could have done better is to keep their inventory list current to avoid accepting the order in the 1st place. As stated, I know for sure the part I needed is discontinued from the manufacturer, therefor was not surprised. In summary (only because this list requires a 100 word listing), I have no reason to question this company.

Wrong part sent, cost of shipping both ways + restocking fee

I called Midwest Appliance to assist me with finding a door bin for my refrigerator. I was provided with a part number which corresponded with a photo of the exact part that I needed. However, the wrong part was delivered. Upon calling them to return the part, I was treated arrogantly and abruptly, and told that it was my fault for ordering the wrong part. They refused to consider, or accept any responsibility for providing me with the wrong information. Their customer service is non-existent, and I had to return it at my expense, plus they deducted a 25% restocking fee which all amounted to about the cost of the part. With so many other shopping options on the internet, why spend your money with these incompetent clowns?

THIS CANADA EBAY BASE COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUST. BERNIE THE OWNER HARASS ANYONE THAT GIVE A BAD FEEDBACK OF HIM? HE WROTE ME MANY EMAILS SINCE I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH HIM AND JUST TODAY GOT ANOTHER EMAIL. DON'T BUY NOT EVEN A NAIL FROM HIM.I am so angry with this company he keep sending email because he cant get over it tha I give a complaint about him. The part was even rusted it was suppose to be refurbish. At the end he said I ask for the wrong part that was his excuse. He even email me and said he was going to sue me if I put a complain that is why Iam doing this.
