I demanded payment in February 2024, they refused to acknowledge the debt. I have until February of 2026 to file my civil suit, in the meantime I'll warn everyone I can.

I'll be filing complaints with the state of Tennessee and Illinois as well as Federal complaints.

These guys hired 450 people in 2024 and retained 50, I guarantee I'm not the only one. This is who they are.

I worked for Midtown Home Improvement as a commissioned sales rep. What I walked into was not what was promised.
They told me I'd receive 23 quality leads per day.

Instead, I was lucky to get one appointment daily often with elderly homeowners or families who clearly couldn't afford the product. Midtown positions you as a "project manager" to mislead homeowners, but you're really just a high-pressure closer. There's no proper training, and when you inevitably make a mistake, they use it to deny your commission.
This is a high-pressure, large-ticket sales machine that's disguised as a home improvement company. They push plastic fencing at $27,000 when competitors offer similar products at $6,000$8,000.

You're sent into homes with people who have no money, and management doesnt care they know all they need is one desperate buyer.
I personally drove over 19,000 miles, closed contracts worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, and never received a complete commission only draws.

"Oh dont worry, well pay you in full once your project is built" lies, lies, lies.
To job seekers: you're not walking into a career opportunity you're walking into exploitation.
To homeowners: you're not getting top-tier products you're getting manipulated by someone Midtown trained to use emotion against you.
Stay away from this company. Everything about this company is deception and distortion from the way they recruit, to the way they market, to the way they sell.

User's recommendation: Avoid At all costs.
