Garbage!
- - Telephone has crossed wires, causing poor calls; DSL is unreliable and slow.
- - TV is overpriced with few packages.
I've had the service for over 5 years because the company owns a monopoly of the area. The telephone service is terrible; it sounds like you are on the phone with random other users, as if the wires are crossed somewhere.
The television service is ***, as it is overpriced and there are very few packages available.
The DSL is a joke. The Internet cuts-out at random times, quite often. When the Internet does work, it is painfully slow.
The only solution provided as a result of customer complaints about their service are answered as upgrade suggestions, which are double or triple the cost of basic service. By the way, upgrades to DSL service are only upgrades in price; the DSL service itself never changes.
