Over a week ago I spent more than a hundred dollars on a bunch of dvds. I never received a confirmation email, but the money came off my credit card. I tried filling out their "Contact Us" forms and did not get a response. I tried calling the customer service number and it's disconnected. I still get plenty of advertising emails. This is a scam.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered.

Endicia sent my order to an old unforwardable address. My order was returned to the company June 29. I have asked for it to be sent to the correct address (as per invoice) or refund $46.63. I have sent numerous inquiries. The company has not responded Can you help please? Thanks. PS Order 15425 / 15428 were combined in the mailing.
