Took my money and no product no record of the order. Money is out of account
Over a week ago I spent more than a hundred dollars on a bunch of dvds. I never received a confirmation email, but the money came off my credit card.
I tried filling out their "Contact Us" forms and did not get a response. I tried calling the customer service number and it's disconnected.
I still get plenty of advertising emails. This is a scam.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Resolved: Order returned; faulty address label
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered.
Endicia sent my order to an old unforwardable address. My order was returned to the company June 29.
I have asked for it to be sent to the correct address (as per invoice) or refund $46.63.
I have sent numerous inquiries. The company has not responded
Can you help please?

I didn't receive my package.
I am waiting for my package from the USPS in Jersey City, New Jersey, And, I try to contact them by phone and it's disconnected. And, I try to send them by email.
No reply from them. I want two things. 1. Fix my problem with the post office that having problem with my package.
Or 2.
I want my money back. I've been a regular customer from them.

Can not be reached
i tried calling customer service at midnight cd dvd and the number has been disconnected, and tried emailing them and it comes back undelivered

Takes too long to get orders
IOrdere several dvds last week, So can you tell me why 4 have been declined?

Reasonable prices
My order seemed to be taking too long. On the website I found where the USPS tracking number was.
There was my order in transit. I had paid for media mail and it ain't real fast. But it is cheaper.
Short story was it arrived in good shape. Will buy again.
Dont give 2bits to this 2bit outfit
No working tracking system, contact page NEVER submits giving only lessons in futility, no delivery in any kind of time frame, no accountability, don` t understand how they` re still in business
