Employees are drunk on shift, hostile, abrasive and unprofessional.

- - A drunk, late-40s Black employee yelled threats and invaded space.
Employees are hostile, antagonistic and consume copious amounts of alcohol while on duty. Etiquette is extremely low and service is abysmal.
A drunk, black employee appeared to be in his late 40s who was actively drinking while on duty and presented like a thug continued to breach my personal space and would proceed to yell expletives and threaten me when cautioned. Another employee who was White, with tattoos all over his bald head and presented like a punk witnessed the exchange but failed to apologize on behalf of his obviously inebriated colleague and would go ahead to defend his actions and aggravate the issue even further.
They should not be in business and should have their liquor license revoked for poor training and unsavory conduct. The customer service here does not exist.
