just recived 2 new biztalk raidos and they are giving a lot of static and it is hard to hear
or understand my coworkers,What can we do to solve this problem ?
By the way, I am not pissed just trying to get these good raidos to work properly

Radio not working
I used an old antenna that is not good and the radio works. But the antenna that came with the radio does not work.

All I wanted to do was talk to a technician called the service number and that was a waist of time so I got no help at all.

My complaint is you cant talk to a live breathing person and to me this is *** specially when you have problems with there product this email *** is for the birds for what you pay for there products you should be able to talk to a living person I would say do t buy a midland product

Customer service SUCKS
I have a MXT575 and have tried to get customer service with no help at all. No way to call them and e-mail is a lost cause.
I bought my radio new on amazon and am now sending it BACK. I will never buy from Midland ever
User's recommendation: THEY SUCK don't get screwd out of your money for a over priced radio.
Volume issue
The phone number goes to voicemail and tells you to email. That doesnt help in a time sensitive situation.
Preferred solution: Help fixing the issue.
