I used an old antenna that is not good and the radio works. But the antenna that came with the radio does not work.

My complaint is you cant talk to a live breathing person and to me this is *** specially when you have problems with there product this email *** is for the birds for what you pay for there products you should be able to talk to a living person I would say do t buy a midland product

I bought my radio new on amazon and am now sending it BACK. I will never buy from Midland ever

The phone number goes to voicemail and tells you to email. That doesnt help in a time sensitive situation.
