- - Wanted to switch from yearly to monthly, issue fixed but billed.
- - I emailed to cancel and Brandon accused me of fraud, cutting me off with no support.
I subscribed to a yearly subscription w/ Mid-Journey , I wanted a monthly. I reached out to Midjourney explained what happened, rep was understanding, said problem was fixed.
A few days later I went back to Midjourney, prompt stated pay for my subscription, I thought there was a glitch, so I just paid another $10.00 for a monthly subscription and THOUGHT I was being billed twice, sent an email suggesting let's cancel and start over. Then I got this traumatizing and very disturbing email from Brandon a rep accusing me of FRAUD and cut me off from using the site. I've tried to find a phone number so we can figure out what the miscommunication was, I emailed and no one responded.
I cannot get back into my account. A company should always assume positive intent first but clearly not the case with Mid-Journey.

User's recommendation: My recommendation for future customers is proceeded with extreme caution when dealing with this company and perhaps find another AI company that actually has a person you can talk to with manners and who respects the fact that you are the customer first. While I have no complaints about the site and the product... trying to reach a person when it comes to quality customer service is almost impossible, where they should first assume positive intent, they don't.
