- - 1-800 line and messaging exist; no callbacks and 48-hour refill responses; I won't use their services and seek Hormone Replacement Therapy options.
When you are in healthcare, your primary job is to alleviate the concerns of your patients. Forget alleviating, MIDIs customer service is albeit non-existent.
They have a 1-800 number, you can leave any number of messages over there and no one will call you back. They have a messaging system where even if you request a prescription refill, they take 48 hours to respond.
There is absolutely no way I am going to avail of their services in future. I am already shopping around for a better Hormone Replacement Therapy solution.

The information I needed to make an appointment and get the treatment I needed. I rated them 3-stars because of the unhelpful customer service. My appointment went great - quick & easy - and, I'm assuming all will be good moving forward.
Luckily, while I waited for the response, I googled my question and found out immediately that they DO offer what I needed. I booked online immediately.
I got their response 2 hours prior to my appointment.
It said..."You would need to see the clinician and discuss your history in detail in order for that decision to be made. We are not able to tell her ahead of time." I would not have been happy if I had booked an appointment covered by my insurance and been told they don't even offer what I needed.

Do better. I will not schedule an apt until I know my insurance covers it and your area to put in does not work and it keeps saying Im self pay when Im not and trying to update it does not work.
