Dear sirs,
After many years of doing business with you I wanted to let you knowThere has been a serious serious issue with the middlebe Tech Support for pizza ovens.
One of the representatives in Tech Support is very demeaning And Condesending
I'm a graduate electronics engineer from the seventies I've been doing refrigeration and refrigeration and hot ovens for 40 years.
I am not a fool but they talk down to us they hang up on us they don't give us complete explanations. One of many examples I could list, My 1st time on a customer's PS363 oven, Someone had installed a non OEM part.
Rather than explain your company policy, Your technician hung up on me. It took me several hours of phone calls to figure out what the issue was.
My list goes on and on you have the rudest people offering Tech Support we are your 1st contact contact with customers and if we don't like you we won't support them having more equipment from your manufacturing
As I'm retiring from the industry this year I would like to leave at least a note that you might be able to improve in the future.
I deal with 50 different venders of epuipment. Your Tech Support people particularly particularly the one with the heavy accent are the worst I've come across.
Because of that I would never and have never recommended Marshall products for any of the restaurants I deal with.
I adamantly tell thim to stay away from Marshal products because because of this.
