Power outage
Woke up no power...went to the mid American on line to get update on my email. Got it right away and new when I would have power again and did.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Repairs were completed to area where ground was dug up.
I am a real estate agent in Des Moines and your company dug a four foot deep hole next to a transformer that has not been filled back in. The location is 4237 Hull Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa 59317.
Can you please complete this work immediately.
Preferred solution: We would like them to complete work in back yard and fill up the hole that was dug which is 4 ft deep.

I need maintainer for my heater
The heat was on 65 n it put therastate on off!! Something is wrong!
We cant put the heat on it gets to hit in here, therastate is not working right! Its not connecting correctly! The owner keeps on sending the same man to fix it! I dont think his an electrician!
I dont want to call them again! Please help
Meter solid ice
This was not me!! Must have clicked on it accidentally.
I am quite happy with the response to my iced meter! They sent someone out in what seemed like a matter of minutes and resolved the issue!!

Literally owed 300 and got a shut off notice on my door. This happens all the time.
I could see if I was thousands of dollars behind. But get a shut-off notice when I have a little kid at home and the weather is getting cold over 300 dollars is honestly bs

i have been trying to get ahold of someone for my account number and it wont do *** about it. i have called multiple times and i cant do it anymore

If they are serving the area.
Anyway, MA didn't bother to confirm my apartment had been vacated before closing my MA account. So, since it's been a few weeks they had to reinstate me with a new account number.
Which as far as I can figure this other person has had no electric, in her name anyway, I guess the complex has been picking up the bill. Not my problem!

Don't know what you mean by your question if there's still a problem.
I'm still waiting to be contacted about tree in lines, to which hopefully someone will do it soon.
My concern is that wouldn't want something to happen and then someone telling me, why didn't I ask for help sooner.

Flickering lights
Service man arrived within 10 minutes of complaint and very thorough and professional! Did an excellent job!
Repair light
called them to repair yard light that i pay a monthly fee for. it has been over five weeks and still has not been repaired. the worse service i have ever experienced and i am 84 years old!!!
Very friendly and courteous service.
The operator was very friendly and customer oriented. Concern for customer satisfaction was very important to the receptionist.

Power outage
It said they are not available at this time the webpage isnt working either. If we are having an outage it would be nice to be able to get ahold of you guys or even see a map but the website wont load.
