Did not repair couch to proper working condition

I reported a claim on the dual reclining couch in May of 2009 and it was returned for repair after being only purchased in August 2008. The repair was to take only 1 week to ten days,but took three and a half weeks. The couch was returned with only additional padding added and not with new springs as requested and discussed with service representative. I called again complaining about the couch sagging and not comfortable to seat on,due to bottoming out.I started calling for a solution to the problem on December 5 2009. I did not receive and return call so I called again a week latter only to get I will check into problem From Andy Taucher Operation Manager at Mid-rivers Store in st. Peters Mo. I have tried resolve problem with Andy Taucher buy asking for a reselection on a high priced couch,but we cannot resolve problem. Roger Bickel 636-462-**** ticket 211942
