Never received replacement blades ordered on 8/19/24
The company contacted me within two days by email. The original order was lost in transit. They are going to send a replacement.

My razor is not working
My razor just stopped .as I was using.
What can I do. Im going out of town and need a cut badly.

Because this product is complete trash
This product pulled my hair and absolutely didn't cut it unless I wanted to use the stupid trimmer that extends out which I didn't want to shave my face completely so I tried to tough it out but then ended up getting so mad my wife and I went back to the store to return the item and get a Philips shaver instead. I highly recommend Philips brand products this product is complete trash do not buy this unless your ready to go about getting a refund and not getting your hair cut lol
I'd give it no stars if I could but it forces me to give it one star so there's that
