I want to be able to speak to a person voice to voice not on a chat and they made an appointment for me I thought it was voice to voice it was a chat appointment and that fell through somehow and they did it again and it fell through the second time most people want a live voice to talk to unless they're born after 2000 there are a number of services that will give you a monthly or weekly or annual checkup and cleansing of your system if you will but I want Microsoft because I have implementation issues that's not something I should have to pay for so I want to direct voice to voice contact with Microsoft support that wasn't offered so unless

As of august 25 NO UPDATE
Hacked my emails fb everything. It synced my laptop and iPhone. I could not get into the account, and when I did, the password would immediately be changed with an Authenticator app. No one would get on the phone with me or call me back.
I would only get an automated answering service directing me to go back to Microsoft.com which would do nothing to help me.
This company is bogus and I will never use or recommend them again. They ruined my life.

Verified ReviewerIt should have been zero, not 1. I couldn’t get a luve person in the phone and just kept getting directed to a website that did not help.
I cannot open the windows store. I am trying to download iTunes to my laptop in an effort to retrieve text messages from my i phone as directed by Apple support.
I desperately need those text messages as they are evidence in a lawsuit I am filing.
Most of my evidence is in these texts. We dont know why they were not backed up to the iCloud and several months of texts are missing.
It would be a simple fix, and last resort, to recover them with iTunes if I could just get on the store to download it.
I kept getting an error message
And I cant get any help from Microsoft/ windows support.
How do u speak to a live person for help?

Preferred solution: A live support tech who can help me get on the windows store to download iTunes so I can recover my lost texts that never got backed up in the iCloud. I was on the phone with Apple for over an hour and this was the last thing they could suggest.

Microsoft repeatedly locks me out of my account mostly its been for no reason however 1 time they I was doing to many searches I was unaware there was a limit. But on that occasion I did learn something I didn't know, the rep helping was able to bring up and read the content of my private conversation on Skype.
This they decided had not broken any rules and let me back in. As I'm signing in they askfor security code, I have my password that should be anough but I get security codes works I'm in.
Now every time I sign in and on an occasion it kicked me out and asked for code. This went on for a couple days and then I'm signing in they ask for code I get and input it, a banner covers my says I have requested to many codes and am locked out try again in a week.

I don't mean to make light of your frustration but this comment feels like you are just screaming into the abyss. Microsoft is not responsible if you are not keeping your systems secure.
They make the tools available and it is your responsibility to use them. It sounds like you were hacked and are blaming Microsoft as though they are the hackers.
That's just not how it works. It also sounds like you need to retain a professional to assist you.
This is a microsoft bot/worker This company is stealing information, money and identities DAILY and you can't even speak to a real person!! They make you go around and around in a circle just to STILL not help resolve your issue. When I finally DID speak to someone ( of indian or arabic ethnicity) HE ASKED ME FOR MONEY!!This company needs to be prosecuted ASAP!!!
