Never received order
Ordered 2 computer monitors. Received confirmation email from Microparts with order number and everything. A month later the monitors never arrived. I've called customer service which is some kind of fake recording that supposidly puts you into a voicemail box that is perpetually full. There are no other options except to go directly to this full mailbox. I have emailed as well and asked for a status report or tracking number and have gotten no response. When I try to go log in to the website it now no longer recognizes my user name so I can't even go see my order on the site.

Ordered parts in Sept. and they never shipped. The phone number does NOT ever work. Finally got thru on on-line chat. What a joke. The guy kept saying fill out an RMA. I don't need an RMA. I want my money back. Buyers beware. This is a huge scam. I promised to harrass this guy until I get my money back, and told him I will be calling the attorney generals office, and reporting them to my bank for fraud. Run as fast as you can from this website they are complete liars and *** artists my friends!

Sent wrong hard drive and demanded return shipping charges
MicropartsUSA.com is the worst. They sent me the wrong hard drive which is of no use to me. I called them to get an RMA number and prepaid return label. The company rep,"Shaun Williams" whose Indian accent was so thick I had to ask him to repeat himself, refused my request that they pay the return shipping. They already charged me almost $20.00 to ship me the wrong drive in the first place. I asked that he transfer me to a supervisor or shipping department but he refused, saying it was "not allowed." My advice....don't buy anything from MicropartsUSA.com
