I have never been so disappointed ever for the degrading customer service received recently. My son is a sophomore at UTA, and we dropped his laptop that has 2 extra year warranty paid besides the one-year manufacture warranty, for anything that could happen to the laptop. Oh, now I do see your header. I knew it was Sharonville. I have had a similar experience with this manager. I also complained to the company. They aren't going to do anything, he gets there sales figures, that's all they care about. They know they are the only place in town. I purchased items for a computer build from Micro Center because the prices were cheap. To me the savings was worth a 1.5 hour drive to their location. When I got home I attempted to test the parts by "Breadboarding" the mobo, cpu, ram and psu (computer parts). Well the mobo was a dud and I could not proceed any further. So I drove back to get a replacement. After returning home and replacing the mobo, turns out the cpu and ram was also bad.... Read more

We called them and followed their advice on the proper RAM cards to use in my desktop. In fact, they were the wrong ones and I called to try to exchange them. In my case, my desktop is in my business so I didn't get a chance to power down the computer to make the change for a couple of weeks.I was told their policy was 15 days and that was all there was to it. Bought a defective fan controller and manager Jeff White was a complete *** head and refused to return. I know they probably don't care and it's just a drop in the bucket I spent about $6,000 in there a year but ever since that happened I haven't shopped there

Usually my experience at Microcenter has been great, so this latest encounter surprised me. I made a purchase at the store and inquired about price matching (as I've done many times before, with no issues whatsoever), and was told at the register that they were unable to match due to the fact that the model number on my item was not the same as the number on the item I wanted to match to online. Just bought a laptop from microcenter on 11-23-16. The transaction was completed the day I bought it. I checked my account today and they took out of my account again...double charging me. I called the store and haven't gotten a word back from the manager. The girl on the phone took my name and number and that was it. They sold my phone number and now I get texts about free prescription drugs and black friday sales. It wasn't somebody else because I used a new number.

Inland keyboard and mouse: Hello, I purchased a Powerspec B660 computer, and while I am very satisfied with the PC, the Inland interface items are junk. I went in to Microcenter in Cambridge, MA to buy a laptop and I received no assistance from any of their employees. Other non latino (white) customers came in after I did and they were greeted and asked if they needed any help. After 20 minutes of not being greeted or asked if I needed help and being treated as if I did not exist, I knew no one was going to help me.
