Micro Technology Unlimited aka MTU.com This company sells complete Karaoke laptops and all the software you need to run a karaoke show. The software is not bad and I have been supporting it for years for a friend that has a bar that runs karaoke on the weekend.
But don't ever try to get in touch with this company! I have been trying to contact them for over 2 weeks now email, chat, called, text and even opened a case on there site. I even tried calling there sales number! NOTHING!!
Once I got an email asking how they could help me but after asking for my install key to be reset on the copy I purchased only about a month ago I never heard back! So If you are in the market for a karaoke PC and Software I would definitely NOT recommend MTU.COM. I have been looking around for other karaoke software, because even though I just bought a copy of the software if I cant reinstall in back on the same computer it is worthless to me.
There are some really cool software options out there some even let your guests pick there songs and submit them to the KJ from there smart phone. So happy shopping and remember stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM MTU.COM!

- - Factory reset erased all programs.
- - MTU refused new codes unless upgrades were bought.
- - Paid $424.97 for 5 programs, now unusable.
They have done nothing but make excuses and then try to compare themselves to Microsoft. They refused to answer complaint with the BBB.
My computer went down and had to reset to factory default and lost all programs. Asked MTU to send me new codes to reinstall and they refused unless I bought upgrades.
I paid $ 424.97 for 5 programs and now can not use since MTU refuses. I don't need their upgrades and they're only bug fixes to flawed programs which I didn't need to run the programs. This was just a forced sham to get more money. I have a windows 10 operating system on HP computer.
They claim that the older programs are no longer compatible but that is bunk. Contacted them several times via email and text and they said they refuse to do business with anyone who bad mouths them and basically to take a hike. So now I'm out $ 400.00 for programs fully paid for. This could have been easily resolved by allowing me to reload what was paid for with new pass words.
I have no doubt that there are many customers with the identical same problem with MTU.
It's all about milking the customer for more money. This nears extortion.
