I planted the plants as recommended in the provided paperwork. They showed little sign of life all last summer and have shown no sign of life this summer.

I am very disappointed. I sure hope the plants can be replaced.

Replacement

Ordered 3 josee lilacs and 1 was doing fabulous but the other 2 were doing nothing. I explained that to the customer service rep and he was very gracious and professional and pleasant. I was only looking for a replacement of the 2 that were doing nothing but since my order was 3 they were going to send 3.

Dead Rose

First off the company is called "Michigan Bulb" but they do not have anyone in the states you can talk to! I ordered an expensive rose tree and it came DEAD. Do NOT buy from them it is NOT a trustworthy site

Unscrupulous Business

I had one order with this company many many years ago and have no intention of ever doing business with them again, not satisfied with the junk they sell. But forever they have been spamming me with emails, 3 or more per day!

Sending me unwanted catalogs for years. Tried to opt out. I called to ask that they remove me completely from all their correspondence since I will never deal with them again. Continued to have my in box overwhelmed with spam.

Called again, same result. Sent the company a flaming email to stop the constant spamming. Again, ignored! What part of 'I hate your company' do they not understand??

Now they have made an enemy and is well deserved at this point. All I want is to get them out of my life, is that too much to ask? I guess so!!!

Their products are garbage, their customer service is non existent and they will NEVER leave you alone!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER OR YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID! Please make the contact stop!!

Don’t bother with these clowns

My wife ordered plants and bulbs worth well over $100 this past March. The company cashed the check on March 21st.

We still have not received the first plant, bulb, or ANY part of this order. We have contacted the company several times, each time getting a different story or excuse. We were told recently that the order would be put on “rush order “ and we would get it the 1st week of May. We called customer service today, 5/5/19, and were told it come at the end of this month (May), so, again, they have changed the story.

The company should not have taken a penny from us until the products were shipped!

At this point it is not out of the question to feel that they may never ship anything. I question the legitimacy of Michigan Bulb, and furthermore, how are they still in business if this is representative of their service?

The lesson to be learned from this is to never pay outright for mail order, internet website or similar purchases. Paying with a check can be dangerous and once they cash your check you are at their mercy for any refund, etc.

Best way is to pay via a credit---not a debit---card so you can dispute the charge if you need to. Thanks for the heads-up on Michigan Bulb, tho.
