Refused to provide information on low priced property

Another case of realtor not doing job due to low priced property. This realtor was too lazy to answer questions, provided conflicting information, was not clear if the property was a foreclosure. Also refused to provide information on the association rules, fees, etc. This realtor was rude and disrespectful, and did not treat me like a potential buyer. She treated me like I was bothering her and wasting her time. The property in question was listed at 24,900. If this happens to you, try to contact the owner, and deal with them directly. The West Virginia Realtors Association has refused to process my complaint. Another case of the Association protecting their own.
