Glenn Maguire @mickeymaguire 17m I bought 8 Michelinas fettucine alfreso entrees. When microwaved the ingrediants would not coagulate as they had in the past. One side resembled baby puke, while the other side retained the consistancy and color of phlegm. They were obviously inedible, if not contaminated. I called to let Michelinas know, complete with UPC codes, & batch numbers in November & they promised to replace the entrees. Nothing ever came & I called them again last week to let them know that not only was I unhappy with the quality of their products, but with the inattention to consumer concerns as well. Today I received letter whith my name spelt wrong with 3 paltry coupons to replace the 8 I had origonally purchased. In the letter they had the unmitigated gall to say, please accept the "free" coupons for Michelina's entrees. I'M still 16.00 IN THE HOLE.I called again today and a "supervisor", by the name of Christine found me culpable for their lack of quality control, and customer relations. Has anyone else had a similar experience with this company? I ripped up their poor excuse to make me whole, and am posting this on every social website I can access.
