No Response from Customer Service

Paid extra for express delivery on Dec 14 because it was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Did not receive item until Dec 30. Have contacted the company 4 times using 3 different methods and have not received a response. The email address for customer service on the website doesn't even work.
