Today I was met with a much nicer professional and the issue has been resolved.

My boy friend purchased a tennis bracelet for me for Valentines Day. Within the first month it broke.

Snapped in two. So he took it to the store and they sent it away to get fixed. It took a while like 3 weeks to return. Then as the lady was showing him the fix..and the clasp broke.

So they sent it away again. I finally got it back and it fell off my wrist , into my purse luckily, but I have had enough. The other day we took it back to exchange and the lady was rude and with out even checking any thing, she barkedafter one month no warranty. She did not let us tell her our story or any thing.

I am going to Micheal Hill tomorrow to talk to the manager. I will let you know what happens.

Stay away from this store, they sell poor quality, worn jewelry, overpriced, rude customer service, what you get will not worth the money and you will never get your money back if you change your mind
