- - Paid over $10,000; services not delivered as agreed.

We tried, but Mike Dunn stated that he feels that he doesn’t owe us a part refund, even though he didn’t render all services that were agreed on and paid for upfront.
DO NOT USE MIKE DUNN! I paid him over $10,000, he did not provide services that we agreed on, I had to keep chasing him for updates , rarely returns phone calls, never in the office especially summer , you will never find him.
He blames The Town of Islip for all his delays. When I investigated , I found out that he is a scam and a liar. I asked him for part refund. He refused, this is an embarrassment to the Bayshore, Brightwaters, islip community.
Not trustworthy. Please do not waste your time money or energy on Mike Dunn.

STAY AWAY from him and his company! Unless you like being lied to and slowly tortured.
His experience counts for nothing! He likes the hit or miss approach to submitting plans and applications. No communication at all, I felt like I had a 3rd job getting updates and revisions for over 2 years. Likes to say applications were submitted when they were NOT.
Would recommend to anyone.
I am getting sick/upset thinking how terrible this business was to me and what a waste of time & money. Glad I hired a new firm
