I decided to walk away without the album

not worth my time

but this posting will remain on google

after the way i was jerked around and was lied to,it wasnt worth it anymore

family members and friends took better pictures with their iphone.

so i lost 1000.00 that is fine

however when you hire a photographer ,make sure to do a good research

i couldnt believe it will happened to me

it seems that i financed mister Michael Davidoff trip to see his family in xmas and easter.

I will not have an album now ,but seen the quality and the bad service

is not worth itl

Last November 2014 I hired Michael Davidoff a wedding and event photographer

the shoot my wedding on March 7 2015.

Agreement was $ 500.00 deposit upon singing the contract and $ 500.00 at the night of the wedding.

Balance due upon completion of the Album about 60 8x10 hard pictures in a leather bonded album with gold engraving

From the start Mr Davidoff had showed me how unprofessional he was ,First he cant email me the contract because his computer crashed,then he doesnt have a fax machine to fax it.

Then he mailed copy to me by US mail(back 20 years back style of business)

My friend Lisa that recommended him assured me he will be ok since his father was known as a great photographer

At the night of the wedding he showed up with an armature type of camera of walmart camera. in many times during the wedding he had to fight with his auto focus and flash.

He never took a studio shots of me my wife and family.

1 picture coming out of the limo.

I was shaking the entire wedding i had the feeling i am in for a disaster

of course in the end of the night i paid him his $ 500.00 as agreed and now balance left upon completion

few months i had to beg Michael Davidoff to send me the proofs of the pictures so i can pick my best pictures

few month sames excuse my computer broke i have to buy a new and NOTHING IS DONE.

Finally he sent me a disk with pictures back to the 80's style business

pictures were bad many not in focus ,many flash washed face off

basically my friends with pocket cameras and Iphone took better pictures

since then i had chose about 58 pictures out of 600 that he took

and sent him the list and now the bomb shell he doesnt have photo shop or even knows how to use it.

iN this point not much that i can do,Michael Davidoff called me asked me for the album style and engraving that i like.

I did pick it up few months ago.

I have all the emails saved

OVER 45 days ago ,i told Michael Davidoff that i will deposit another $ 250.00 in his personal account ,and if he cant take 300.00 balance by credit cards

he said yes,he will have his mother calal me and take my credit card info.

In this point when I had realized that i am dealing with unprofessional guy mnow i am dealing with the wife that lies to me and a mother that now i will make a credit card payment with no invoice ................

Today i am calling to see if album is ready so i can pay him balance of $ 610.00

His nasty wife got on the phone and start spit out lies

Its ready to go

It was a Jewish holiday(only last 20 days) Today is October 5 2015

then there was a hurricane (only 5 days ago)

Lies on the top of lies.

Michael Davidoff is in a breech of the contract ,i do not trust David any more.

There are 2 ways i will settle this matter

1 Michael Davidoff will make the album as promised

Once Michael Davidoff will send me pictures of my album inside and outside i will be willing to pay full balance as agreed in contract.
