Poor lasagna
Noodles were way too hard really chewy way undercooked will not buy again horrible cheeses okay but very poor noodles undercooked

Quality no longer good!
The Chicken Piccata was excellent several years ago. Then one day, it wasnt.
The recipe has been altered, and now it is terrible. They are omitting the once great lemony sauce, the capers and the flavor, and have added a lump of tomato sauce instead.
This had been a favorite of my family. Dont be fooled by the picture on the box.

Quality has been going DOWN
I am a loyal customer and have been purchasing Michaelangelos Chicken Parmigiana for years, many years. There was nothing as good in the frozen market food.
But in recent years I have been noticing a slow but steady decline in the quality of this product and today the chicken amount has been reduced a lot and the cheese has almost vanished. So now, this customer is being FORCED BY MICHEALANGELOs own on hand to search for alternatives because you have dropped the quality of the product beyond acceptable. Shame on you to let finance guys drive your food quality. Why do you think so little of the importance of product quality?
That was your key differentiator from all the cheap products in the market! I never stopped buying your chicken parm because of the price tag, but YOU HAVE OPENED THE DOOR TO COMPETITORS by lowering the quality so much that youre losing even loyal customers like me, and that is not only sad, but tragic for your brand.

False Advertising
First off it doesnt look anything like the box and not to mention it Entirely too much tomato sauce and not enough pastaIt could be a lot better

Tasteless
I purchased two meals from Walmart tonight. I thought the high price of the meal would guarantee a great taste and flavor.
Furthermore, I cooked both meals and the flavors were awful. There was no sauce on the shrimp scampi and the noodles were overcooked.
The shrimp tasted artificial. Then the chicken Parmesan did not have a good tomato flavor and no saltDo do salt at all.D

Plastic pieces
Today I microwaved a Michael Angelo's Baked Ziti for 10 min per instructions; I served it for 3 plates and afterwards during clean up, I noticed 2 small pieces of black plastic in the counter. As I raised the Michael Angelo's black plastic recipient, a corner was broken.
I tried to stop my family from eating the meal, but it was too late :/
Please please use quality recipients; this is unacceptable.
I transferred the recipient carefully coming off the microwave, so this must be something that happened at the food factory as the box was intact in the outside. I have pictures.

I have always been a fan of your products. I just purchased, for the first time, your three cheese baked ziti.
I followed the instructions exactly as stated, however I was sadly disappointed. I like all my pasta aldente' sp?) but the ziti was barely cooked. Unfortunately, I could not eat it & I tossed it. The numbers on the bar code are: 37363 9**** with a best by date of 10/FEB/22.
This experience has not turned me off your products, as I will still purchase them, & I feel you should be made aware of my experience. Thank you.

Change of your product
We love your shrimp scampi. Why would you change it to spicy.
Not everyone can eat spicy food. PLEASE go back to the regular kind, just put a packet inside that you can use IF you want it spicy
