This co did my landscaping, here in rimrock,ca 92268..in 2007 ..he did not put the valves in right for the eragation system right.. (on a well.. lost 2000gals of water in 2 days.. the valves..leaks..the trees he put in ..all died..I contacted him several times..no answer..and I paid him cash...is to late to take him to court??
