I was arrested in 2016 on felony charges (bench warrant) from 2012. I had not been in any trouble or anything since.I had my family take him 5,000$ to have my bench warrant resended.I went in on a Wed and i didn't hear anything until Friday...bad news he says (and he looks awful. Not put together AT ALL.Doesn't listen when I'm talking just doodles on his pad of paper) the solicitor wouldn't resend it.I didn't believe he even asked but i let it go.So he tells me to sit there and go through a program then he will take me to court and I'll go home. Well again, he lies... the program was 3 months long, i was there a total of 9 1/2 months...my case was continued 4times...3of those times i was at the courthouse.He never once did ANY work on my case.He asked me the same questions every single time we spoke...doodling on that pad of paper not listening to me.Except to fuss at me when i asked him WHAT EXACTLY WAS HE DOING FOR ME....NOTHING BUT TAKE MONEY....when i finally went in front of a judge the judge told me that i had to convince him of why he should even let me go forward with the case because i was SOO misinformed of my own situation. I had sat there sooo long I plead guilty just to go home. Oh...so one time i wet to court he made me sign a plea with 8000 restitution. ...then the court date was continued...then the next and final date he tries to get me to sign a plea for 16,000$...completely forgetting that i had already signed said previous plea.Each time he left my presence he closed my folder and NEVER OPENED IT AGAIN UNTIL HE SAW ME THE NEXT TIME...AND IT WAS SOOO OBVIOUS. HE KNEW I HAD NO ONE TO STAY ON HIM SO HE HAD MY MONEY AND HE COULD DO WHATEVER HE WANTED. Sooo i plea out and end up with probation and an obscene amount of restitution to which i couldn't afford. I go back to the jail and think I'm going home....nope..i find out that he went to a misdemeanor case for me that previous September while i was incarcerated...to which he left early and NEVER ADDRESSED THE CASE AGAIN SO I HAD TO BOND OUT ON A 30 DAY CHARGE AFTER SITTING IN JAIL FOR 9 1/2months....HE IS A SLACK LAWYER AND HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME. I WISH SO BADLY THAT ANOTHER LAWYER WOULD TAKE THIS CASE AND SUE HIM BUT I KNOW HOW THESE PEOPLE WORK AND NO ONE WILL.
