Hello,
My package was delivered to the wrong address by FedEx and, I was told by them that the shipper has to contact them in order to fix this issue and/or file a complaint.
Reason being, is because you used a 3rd party for the company to deliver the package.
So, me being the recipient cannot do anything about it. The package is lost and now, I may be out of $44.39
My tracking number was 390565****48.
Picture shows package delivered to someone elses address and there is nothing I can do about it.
Package contained surprise birthday gift for a very special person.
This issue shows that using a 3rd party for shipping is not good for the customers.
Please do better.
