A/C company over charged and the unit went out again the following day!

Looked up an AC company online and came across http://www.airconditionermiami.com/. They came out and charge me $75 just to look at the unit. He found out it was a capacitor that was bad. The company charged me $299 dollars in total for a $20 capacitor. The unit worked fine until the next day. The next day I called and told them that the AC was down again. They didn't even apologize, and the lady on the phone is very rude with a bad attitude. Very unprofessional!! Now I have to wait for another 3 hours until one of the technicians is available to come and check it out. Bad experience, wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Please do your research before calling any of these companies. If you can wait and find a local mom and pop kinda of business than do so!.
