MI Windows and Doors

We had one of our windows break after a turkey flew through it. We contacted this company as they had bought out the original installing company on our window.

They offered to send us a replacement window. Received this window a month and a half later, broken. Informed them, ordered another, received a month and a half later, broken again. Each time we've called; we've dealt with Chelsea.

She is by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a customer facing position. She told us that we should be grateful they're sending us these windows and after the second arrived broken, we should look at contacting a different company to get our glass. As a window company, I still don't understand how they can ship the window in a cardboard box with no packing materials and expect them to arrive to the customer in one piece.

UPS doesn't care what is inside the box; there is nothing even noted stating its glass or fragile. They should look at having someone answer the phones who can at least 'pretend' to have some compassion for their customers instead of fighting with them over the phone and sending them elsewhere.
