Horrible Customer Service
We had one of our windows break after a turkey flew through it. We contacted this company as they had bought out the original installing company on our window.
They offered to send us a replacement window. Received this window a month and a half later, broken. Informed them, ordered another, received a month and a half later, broken again. Each time we've called; we've dealt with Chelsea.
She is by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a customer facing position. She told us that we should be grateful they're sending us these windows and after the second arrived broken, we should look at contacting a different company to get our glass. As a window company, I still don't understand how they can ship the window in a cardboard box with no packing materials and expect them to arrive to the customer in one piece.
UPS doesn't care what is inside the box; there is nothing even noted stating its glass or fragile. They should look at having someone answer the phones who can at least 'pretend' to have some compassion for their customers instead of fighting with them over the phone and sending them elsewhere.

i got fire. need my money.
its an emergency. plz load my card u got plenty of money its only 575. this company is a joke. its not fair and i will right bad reviews everyday till i die.
you have till the end of the day east coast time 3 my time.
your company will lose far more money than 575 and u will feel my pain but not care and i get it. but it is much easier to just pay me what u owe me

MI Window. Winter time the windows have so much condensation inside
I have tried to get help from MI Window Co.
The first cooler months I have had the problem.
Sorry to have purchased them.
The condensation is so bad I will need to replace them.
Cooler months is when it’s the worst.
