Very good, suddenly horribe
This is absolutely the craziest, most unprofessional situation I've EVER encountered. That's saying ALOT considering I am a customer service mgr.
I actually had a lovely experience with 2 of your employees... so much so that I'm writing our local newspaper to give them a shout out.
The situation was simply too detailed to share in writing yet I desperately wanted these 2 stellar folks to receive recognition... I have tried- unsuccessfully to simply TALK to someone. But your system makes it impossible to do so.
I have NOW spent over an hour TRYING to do a good thing... I've even left a voicemail.
I explained my situation was too involved to communicate through a text.
Thinking surely(!!) I would get a call back after all the time I put in trying to do something positive for your team, I receive THIS form... I've never seen anything like this.

Major compliment for 2 employees
You actually have a customer here that had a wonderful experience and all I am TRYING to do is to share my happiness with someone so that these 2 stellar employees can get an attaboy.
It is too long of a story to share in writing. Is there RLY not someone that will make time to have an actual phone conversation?

Awful location and management at alliance.
Never will go back to that location, bad business, rude..never fixed issue and pretend to help.
