- Stanton location management is rude and tows vehicles; visits over 2 hours may lead to a tow, and calls are met with rude behavior.
Property management at the location in Stanton is very rude and wrongfully tows people's vehicles. You can't go visit someone for more than 2 hours because they will have your car towed, and when you call management about it, they rudely hang up on you.

I hope that my mobile home community park at Ridgecrest mobile home park in 14146 IH 35 south in von ormy texas. This is ridiculous on how management runs things around with violations I have to paid for a dumpster that I dont for debris that I cleaned up and get charged monthly for this I did go pass the violation date and I did request for a couple of days now stuck with this charge that is so dumb I seen some home with debris seems the management has not done nothing about!!! , this mobile home park has bad reviews to live here
Harassment by park management
- Park manager Casey harassed me.
- She spoke about me to residents.
- She threatened my emotional support animals.
- Workers did job without notice.
The park manager, Casey has been harassing me and my son since we moved into this community, my son verbally calling him a *** and pointing her finger in his face in front of the parks maintenance workers. She has talked about me harshly and spoke my personal business to other residents in the community.
I have found that she has put cameras up for her use, I feel that is her invading my right to privacy. She has threatened my certified emotional support animals numerous times, has allowed workers to conduct work on the property my mobile home sits on without verbal or written notification informing us of that.i
User's recommendation: If Casey is still the park manager at Landmark Manor Mobile Home Community in Pevely, Missouri don't move here. She'll be so nice to get you in and then become rude hostile and threatening after you do.

Called no one called back .I would like to know why it says fire lane no parking but my neighbor parks out there all day and one neighbor painted over the no parking and manager never noticed
