MGR Property Management

One of the worst companies ever and I won't recommend for anybody ...

They managed my property for some time where one of the tenants didn't pay the rent for 4 months till they went out finally by law and till today MGR couldn't get the outstanding rent back (3 years ago!!) what I get is that it is in collections and they can't reach the tenant !!?

Another tenant left before end of contract by one month so normally they held his security deposit , which they did . The tenant sue the company to have back the deposit and they won the case however MGR decided not to appeal and leave it !!

And when I asked them shouldn't it be my decision as this deposit belongs legally to me to compensate last month in the contract .. I was told that MGR CEO decided not to appeal ??!

This company owe me around 7 K dollars on those 2 cases and I left this weak corporate and will never return and would not advise anyone to deal or hire them to manage their property ...

RENTER BEWARE! MGR Property Management in Victorville creates more problems than it helps solve.

The management team does not return phone calls and throws away repair requests. MGR exists solely to collect money while providing no property management service. The property managers at MGR simply do not return calls or follow up with property concerns. MGR will fabricate and embellish issues, then harass and threaten to evict tenants who always pay on time.

I have been threatened with eviction for not maintaining the front yard of my rental property, specifically, for *** abatement.

There are no weeds in the front yard...just dirt and rocks. The front yard of my rental property looks like all the others in the region, and I have also attached a current picture.

The people who run this office are rude, impersonable and all about the money. My family attempted to lease a property they listed, they give you the run around, they dont co-operate with other licensed realtors/Brokers, they treat the applicants as though they are applying for some sort of social service assistance and they are the Gods of real estate. (far from the truth).

they are all about the money and instead of trying to find suitable tenants, they look for ways to get to ding up your credit, charge you a bunch of fees and then give you the eternal run-around. They have 3 basic requirements A. Fico score of 600+ B. Proof of income (3x rental) C. no evictions - in our case, Fico was near 800, income was 5x required amount & we own our primary residence so no evictions.

We hired a reputable Real Estate firm to find us suitable housing in the Victor Valley and ended up wanting a property that was listed by MGR....omg,. the nightmare began. Our agent did the footwork as we live out of town, they insisted that we personally appear in their office (which meant our family have to travel), they refused to cooperate with our licensed realtor, we did travel and the man who met us (craig) didnt even have the courtesy to invite us in, we went to a little window for a process that took all of 3 minutes.

unbelievable, took our money which we had already paid our realtor and they rejected it from him and the run around began.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A PROPERTY IN THE VICTOR VALLEY AREA, AND YOU DISCOVER IT IS A MGR LISTED PROPERTY...RUN THE OTHER WAY, YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE NOT NICE AND COULD CARE LESS!

I could go on and on, but stay away from them. If you are a minority, dont waste your time. Even if you have a 850 score, they dont give a ***. We are getting Attorneys involved. BEWARE!

I am writing to your company to voice a concern that I have with a group of tentants you have renting a home from your property management office in Victorville, CA. The address is 13959 Clydesdale Run Ln.

Since this group of tentants has moved in, there has been blatant drug use and sales, loud parties that last until 2:00 AM to 3:00 AM, people living there that are not on the lease and possession of an unlicensed, non-neutered male pitbull dog with no rabies shots. As neighbors, we have had to call the police several times to complain about the noise late in the evening. We understand your need to run a business, but your disregard for who you place in one of your rentals is causing the decline of our neighborhood and the lowering of our property values.

It is my hope that you will start some course of action that will bring to a halt the unfortunate set of circumstances that we, as permanent residents of this neighborhood, have had to endure since you allowed these current tentants to move in. Thank you.
