MGM+is ok, but contacting them about anything is impossible.

There way no way to cancel my subscription. Since I was on automatic monthly payment, I called my credit card company to cancel any further charges.

You could keep your streaming service to where it actually goes on your television set as soon as you ask for it and pay for it like I did today I got a year subscription and don't have any TV service from you. That's because you make a complicated thing really stupid.

You don't know how to keep things simple like other streaming services. What you do as you go out of your way to be so creative and egotistical that you have no common sense You're a bunch of crazy bastards. That's one thing I can say for sure and that I've spent 3 1/2 hours of my life trying to get on your TV set after purchasing your television streaming service one year service for 5988 and still can't get on my own TV and when I try to call you, you put me through the rigmarole rather than answering the forging phone. You guys are a bunch of idiots and no one to trust your streaming services, but can't make it with ease inconvenience why don't you use common sense start keeping saying simple like Peacock and other streaming services were you like Netflix?

Why don't you keep it simple stupid fire your person that wrote this program that's put you through all these *** continuing steps And has no common sense whatsoever and what he's doing firing. He's your biggest pain in the *** and I don't mind writing this and I don't mind cussing through it because you need to hear it.

I'm unable to get my icon of MGM so I can easily watch my movies on either one of my TVs after spending 5899 today getting your one year package you make it incredibly difficult whoever's programmed this for you is a stupid son of a *** and oughta be fired You make it very difficult for consumers to just simply watch TV Peacock, for example doesn't require all this *** that you require going through Samsung account, etc. etc.

now I wanted either simple for me and placed on my TV set by one of your technicians or I need to cancel my subscription before it starts and I will stop the payment to your company Immediately so the decision is yours you have until Monday 12 noon Pacific standard time to reach me with your decision whether you're going to help me get this on my television sets or are you gonna keep playing games with this stupid bunch of rules and security *** that you guys got presently going on make it simple one of the biggest things in life you should learn is to keep it simple stupid! Now I've had enough for one day. My name is Richard Graves. I live at 887 11th St SW Bandon Oregon.

My phone number is 541 225-****. You make it entirely impossible to even reach out to you. Your customer phone service should be just simply call you and answer the damn phone. What the *** is the world coming to?

Are you that naïve or stupid? I am pissed off as you can tell and I think you guys need to get in line with every other subscription type streaming service make it simple. Keep it simple. Do what you're supposed to do which is common sense rather than this creative *** you got going on because it doesn't set well with the consumer and it doesn't sit well with the people of the United States of America, we like things simple and easy, not extremely difficult and extremely difficult because you got some ego down there.

I wanted a realistic movie about creation and Adam and Eve and all I could get was cartoons I want a realistic movie about creation and Adam and Eve not cartoons I want a realistic movie about it with realistic effects of the creation and real people actors and actresses no cartoons of the creation of The universe and ok for the earth.

I enjoy watching tv movies, tv series etc. I am very disappointed, dissatisfied with the same repetitive tv shows, series, that you have selected to put on everyday.

You need to put together/ form a better avenue in selecting all shows, series, movies daily and weekly on the tv network..
