MGM Springfield - Horrible first time experience!!!! Never again!!

I booked a room for My brother and I to stay one night. We have never been there so we wanted to see what it was like.

We usually go to Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods, mostly Mohegan Sun though. We got there around 3 pm and went to check in. MGM Springfield charges you the same amount (twice)! Once for the room and then oddly enough again for incidentals.

Instead of taking a $100 which is normal they charged me the amount of the room which was $172.00 for incidentals. So I paid the $172.00 twice to stay the night. We go into the elevator which has glass doors so you see the inside walls going up, instead of a tranquil ride your horrified by the scenery. Once up to our floor which was the 5th floor near the top of the hotel it helped the worse I have EVER smelled.

To be completely honest it was like someone took a dirty diaper and smeared it all along the rug in the hall all the way up to our room door. Thank god the key worked right away! Once in our room again it had a smell of vinegar and garbage. Luckily there was a air purifier in the room that helped get rid of the room smell.

I say only room because the hallway smell remained constant the whole time there. so we are in our room and the TV don't work. We waited 40 mins for someone to come up and look at it. The guys that came to look at the TV were really nice and curtious.

Well the guy that checked the TV said it wasn't working because( someone stole) the HDMI cable from the back so he had to go get another one. About 15 mins later the TV was working and they were gone. We decided we were hungry so we wanted to order Room Service. The women who checked us in told us that the restaurant would be serving food until midnight.

Well low and behold ( NO Room Service!). So we traveled through the stinky horrible hallway to make our way downstairs and to the other side of the casino to get food!! After eating we decided to play slots and split up. The third machine I played at broke!

Right before I was about to spin for the bonus I had just won, the machine button wouldn't work. So I hit the feature bonus and can't play it. So again I wait about 45min-1hr for someone to come to the machine and fix the button so I can at least play out the feature. After another 30 mins because he had to switch buttons with another machine I finally got to hit the button to play the feature bonus.

I won a whopping $7.00!!! Every single Machine we played was not winning at all. I go to Mohegan Sun often and I at least win a little before I lose and I already am with the mindset I'm gonna lose possibly everything but the slots are Springfield MGM where horrible and impossible to win. So after playing and losing hundreds.

I went back through the smelly hotel to my room and took a shower and went to sleep. The next morning I wanted a coffee but couldn't find anywhere and went out to smoke. I got locked out because they lock every single door so if you go outside for ANY reason you can't get back in. While playing the slots I looked all over for a ATM and after asking a security guard I found one of only a few ATMs.

It's a casino and it's hard to find a ATM! That only is unbelievable. So we check out andas, I was honest. I said it was horrible and that someone stole the HDMI cable.

Not only did the front desk women give me an unbelievable attitude. She was completely condenseding and said we don't have HDMI cables on our TV's.

So basically she was calling me a liar. UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE!!!

Preferred solution: Refund of stay would be nice or something equal but I doubt I'll get anything

I was at mgn sprinfield today and at about 315pm a man sat behind me on another slot watching me and making comments. He was not playing the game he was at.

I told him i knew how to play. He continued to harrass me and i ignored him. I took out my phone in case he approached which he did. He then came over to me ad meaned over and accidentally spun my slot while getring in my space.

He was disheveled and intoxicated. I told him i was on my phone. He said "you dont have to be rude' 2x times and i asked him to leave and he called me a *** I was startled. I have never been harrassed like this befre.

I played for about 15 more minutes and left. I was very uncomfortable. I even looked around my surroundings because i was afraid he would follow me. I got up to the 3rd floor in the parking garage and as i walked to my truck police were everywhere.

A police officer let me go to my truck by the union street exit, which i had backed in. When i got i to my truck, i looked towards the exit and saw a man uncncious on the ground and looked dead. I left. I am very shaken up about both of these incidents.

One of being harrassed and 2 seeing someone that was likely dead. I should not have been allowed to go to my vehicle. This is one of the worst experiences i have ever had. I reported this to security and they told me they kicked someone out that fit the description of the man.

He said the incident in he garage was taken care of by the police. His response was insensitive and dismissive. I gave him my phone number and asked for a supervisor to conct me. My phone is 413262****.

I am feeling traumatized and now unsafe to go to mgm.

I live in springfield and have been there many times. I have NEVER been treated this so dismissively, especially given the magnitude of this horrible experience and certainly not safe to go to to mgm again.

I had opened an account online for Massachusetts betting . When I submitted the necessary documents required (license and bank card ) I later realised that I inadvertently used my husbands bank card which is a joint account on our bank account.

I called and explained my situation. I was told to resend the license front and debit card front and back with the name Christine Lavoie . Documents were uploaded and successful. A few days later I tried once again to log in .

It kept stating to call customer service . When I finally spoke to a live person they said the account was closed and the $470 in the account had been confiscated . I did not do anything fraudulent but rather an error in the bank card used .

Can we please have this resolved and the money redeposited so I can continue online betting . Thank you
