Dec 31st I valet my vehicle to bring in the New Year only to
Return and my key unable to b found. I was forced to wait over two hours with no explanation only that my key was on a worker and they were working to find out the t changed and my key is missing.
I was not offered a place to sit or lay or relax only told to renter casino and wait. This is were I lost almost 10k only to
B giving a 25 voucher for food and I had guests as well. We waited until some
One higher came in and again we were offered nothing and no explanation. After hours we were told we would b giving a ride home.
This was around 1 or 2 oclock and after a police report was filed. Today is January 4 and no one has contacted me about my vehicle or compensation. You can review camera or my card for money lost waiting and seeing me back and forth to
Valet trying to get an explanation. I was forced to
Stay up over 48 hours only to return home with no vehicle.
I missed my first day back to work and child care not

Mention I had to get a rental car and call into work for
That. I still have not been contacted about my car or key this is unacceptable.

Good evening, Today I found out today that you offer host services from another guest while I was paying. I was in the high limit room so I went over to the host desk.
I spoke with Elena, she looked at me with such disgust like I was in the wrong place. I asked if she could look me up and she said no. I felt so low. I then went to the host office to get more information, A women, her name began with "H" looked me up.
She said I don't play enough, She said the average has to be $400 a day. I sometimes play thousands, Im so disappointed with how I was treated today.

They definitely owe you rental car fee reimbursement and should comp you a stay. Do you not have a second set of keys?
They should definitely pay the fee to have new keys made/delivered. What they don’t owe you is the $10,000 you gambled.
