Contract of agreement service and delivery fee

we bought a brand new Opel Essentia at GM motors hatfield, the first experience i have encountered was ok till the a point we had to sign the contract, there was additional fees that i have initialy requested that they should not add, and when i questioned that the Sales Manager Leon's reaction was unpleasant he was egitated and threw papers when we requested to see them and him to explain the contract and the fees we dont understand, and we were also charged service and delivery yet the car was new and the first service is only in 15000km and we collected the car.
